Condolence From: Anil Jambotkar
Condolence: Dear Helen, Brian, Gordon, and Freida, I am so sad to hear of the passing of Neill. Neill was my manager in Mumbai, India and quickly became my mentor with his generosity in the development of my career in IBM. He encouraged me to get higher education at USC and later sponsored me for a six month hands-on-training stint at the Don Mills plant. My wife Birdie and I can vouch on behalf of each of our 300 coworkers at the Mumbai manufacturing plant that Neill was a mentor, coach, and guide, who helped build a foundation for a highly productive plant. God rest his soul. It seems like Ron Smith (January 8, 2018) and Neill, joined hands and went to their heavenly abode together! Peace to them. Please know that you all are in our hearts and prayers through this very difficult time. With our sincerest condolences God Bless. Anil and Birdie (Jambotkar)

Condolence From: Marg and Grant Boundy
Condolence: Dear Freda and Family, Marg and I extend our sincere condolences. I was able to watch the service on live streaming. Cambridge St. United is to be congratulated for installing this system. The story about the punch cards and the pigeons is typically Neill, having an answer while others are still wondering. Neill was one of my first managers at IBM. He was respectful, thoughtful and a good mentor. We also shared happy experiences at Hillcrest UC. I was pleased to talk to Neill and Helen at the IBM Christmas lunch in 2016. A great guy!!

Condolence From: Paul Mergler & Sheila Britton
Condolence: Sheila and I are so very sorry to hear of Neill's passing. You would be hard pressed to find a more kind, gracious, and big-hearted individual. In my teenage years, when I was practically living at the McWilliams' house, I was always made to feel welcome. It was almost ridiculous how well I was treated when I dropped by. Whether it was a barbecue, swim, game of euchre, or just a chat in front of the television, Neill and Freda were always engaging and magnanimous hosts. When you got a chance to engage him, Neill's passion for soccer, golf, IBM, etc., was plainly evident. But what was crystal clear above all else, was his passion for his family, and especially, for Freda. The love those two shared was a joy to behold. I feel extremely lucky to have been in proximity to its orbit. To Helen, Brian, Gord, and your families, our sincere condolences on your loss. To Freda, our deepest sympathies on the loss of such a remarkable man and wonderful life partner. It is an honour to have known him.

Condolence From: Robert Horsburgh
Condolence: I am truly saddened by this news. There is so much I could say about all the good times shared between the the McWilliams and Horsburghs throughout the years. Their interaction through the Church, all the social events, etc, etc. are filled with wonderful memories. My folks, if still with us, would have so much more to say. (I can hear my mom from here) Personally, Mr. McWillliams was instrumental in getting me hired at IBM, and for that, I am forever grateful. To Mrs. McWilliams, Helen, Brian, Gord and your families, my sincere condolences in this difficult time.
