Condolence: Helen, I’m sorry for your loss, while I only met Mr. McWilliams on a few occasions, I found him a unique person, funny and engaging. I wish you, Bruce, Brianne, Shannon and the entire family courage, strength and peace at this difficult time.
Condolence: Helen, our deepest sympathy to you Bruce and your family. Neill was a gentleman not easily forgotten, and our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

Condolence: Dear Helen, Brian, Gordon, and Freida,
I am so sad to hear of the passing of Neill. Neill was my manager in Mumbai, India and quickly became my mentor with his generosity in the development of my career in IBM. He encouraged me to get higher education at USC and later sponsored me for a six month hands-on-training stint at the Don Mills plant.
My wife Birdie and I can vouch on behalf of each of our 300 coworkers at the Mumbai manufacturing plant that Neill was a mentor, coach, and guide, who helped build a foundation for a highly productive plant. God rest his soul.
It seems like Ron Smith (January 8, 2018) and Neill, joined hands and went to their heavenly abode together! Peace to them. Please know that you all are in our hearts and prayers through this very difficult time.
With our sincerest condolences
Anil and Birdie (Jambotkar)
Condolence: Dear Freda and Family, Marg and I extend our sincere condolences.
I was able to watch the service on live streaming. Cambridge St. United is to be congratulated for installing this system. The story about the punch cards and the pigeons is typically Neill, having an answer while others are still wondering.
Neill was one of my first managers at IBM. He was respectful, thoughtful and a good mentor. We also shared happy experiences at Hillcrest UC. I was pleased to talk to Neill and Helen at the IBM Christmas lunch in 2016. A great guy!!
Condolence: Helen, our deepest sympathies to you , Bruce and your family. I always enjoyed working for Neill. with him, and against him . He did great work as Mr. Distribution and I always held in him regard. Fond memories of him will always be with me. Sorry, that Barb and I could not make it today to pay our respects.
