SHANKLAND, Gordon ‘Gord’ – Peacefully entered into rest in his sleep on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay. Gord at the age 95, was the loving father of Jim (Dawna) Shankland, and Susie Shankland, and the cherished grandfather of Cassidy, and Addison Shankland. He will be remembered by Marjorie ‘Marge’ Shankland and missed by his sister Eileen MacDonald, sister-in-law Isabelle Churchill and his many nieces, nephews and extended family. A Private Family Interment was held at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, Ajax. If desired memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
