Condolence From: Gina Molleson and Family
Condolence: My two favourite memories of Janelle also happen to be my last two memories of her. First one was when she was at La Mantia's in Lindsay and I had posted a Facebook request for the best possible peanut butter cookies because, like any young female, sometimes you just need peanut butter cookies. WELL. Her and Emily both instantly messaged me and gave me the "GO TO LAMANTIA's. THEY HAVE THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES". So I went and Janelle happened to be working. This girl gave me the biggest smile in the world as she checked me out and I snapped a photo and sent it to Emily. I still have the photo to this day for no other reason other then I just didn't want to delete it. My very last memory of Janelle was again with her and her sister Emily and we went to the Lindsay Fair. It was so bloody hot outside and the heat made us miserable. But to cheer us up, and because I had never had one before (both Emily and Janelle looked at me like I was psychotic), we got ourselves Beavertails. And let me tell you, what a good time. I have always had the relationship with Janelle where I could be absolutely ridiculous and probably the most unfiltered person on the universe and she would always join in. I would tell Emily and Janelle funny stories about the boys in my life and Janelle would always just laugh. out. loud. She was a shining light (just like Emily) and hanging out with them always made me feel really good. Even growing up with them, and when Emily would have her pool parties, I always gravitated to being Janelle's side kick to stir the pot in some way... or just to straight up make each other laugh until water or pop came out our noses. She was the most amazing character I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The MacPhersons... all of them... are genuinely good people that you would never ever ever ever ever want anything bad to happen to. They are all rockstars. For this, I am sorry. Rob and Laura, you raised two of the most genuine people in the entire world. That is something to be so proud of (and I appreciate it greatly). Emily, you could not have been a better sister. Never doubt that and continue to live the most fulfilling life humanly possible.

Condolence From: Deb Hatch
Condolence: Grief Grief is not for getting over, like a Rocky Mountain in tramping boots... Grief is not for “snapping out of” like a classroom daydream... No Grief is a hole in the heart where someone used to be. Whose raw and jagged edges pierce the heart anew with every breath. Over time... Piece by painful piece... Bind those fraying edges with compassion. Draw them closed, And slowly, Tenderly, Stitch by stitch, Memory by memory, Sew a patch. A favourite blanket, Patched, Will never be whole again, Yet holds a story, A richness and depth Not previously there. Forever carrying with it The stitch by stitch Memory If the heart. Gently now, Softly, Wrap your grief around you Like a blanket. A warm sorrow. To Rob, Laura and Emily....may all your warm memories of Jelly be that warm blanket that surrounds you at this time. Her infectious smile...giggle and zest for life will forever be my “warm blanket”

I challenge you all to live the life she won’t. Live with kindness, courage and joy. Speak your mind, fight for what’s right and surround yourself with love. Condolence From: Doug & Cathy Buckley
Condolence: Rob, Laura & Emily When you lose someone you love, life will change, you rearrange, and everything around you seems so strange. The world will spin in the wrong direction. You feel alone and want affection. Your appetite changes, you may not sleep, you don't feel like talking to anyone you meet. But as time goes on, things will get better, and everything just comes together. And just because you smile, it doesn't mean you don't care, because you know in your heart that she will always be there.
