LANE, John Ross – It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John Ross Lane, on Monday, November 6, 2017 in his 65th year the beloved husband of Mary (Taylor). Loving father to Kim (Mike) Carlin. Predeceased by an infant daughter. Cherished grandfather of Maddy Paulson. Fondly remembered by sisters Patricia (Neil) Finney, Judy Lane and brother Michael Lane. Predeceased by sisters Dorthea (Pearn) Lockwood, Jean Matthews (Walter) and Rosemarie. John will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Friends and family are invited to call at the Mackey Funeral Home. 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721) on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
