Small, Ella “Bernice”, after 93 years spent serving the Lord, is at rest. She is reunited with her husband George, her constant companion since she was 9-years-old.

Bernice lived a life of kindness and love. Whether at work as a nurse or at home caring for the family that loves her so deeply, every moment was spent lightening the loads of those around her.

Her love and her lessons live on in her children Randy Small (Deborah) and Debbie Oliver (Terry); grandchildren Ryan Oliver, James (Hayley) Oliver, Mark (Sarah) Oliver, Jordan (Hilary) Small, David Small, and Nathan Small; and great-grandchildren Henry Oliver, Ella Oliver, Jaxon Oliver, Birdie Oliver, Ginger Oliver, Silas Tian, Henry Small, and Greta Small.

The family has held a quiet and private celebration of her life. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721).
