Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Andy's passing. I spent many hours listening to his wonderful stories as we shared a cup of coffee and perhaps a cookie or two.He told me of walking a girl home once forgetting he had the two or three miles to walk back, next time he took his bike. I looked forward to seeing him and he always had a hug and a smile. I will miss you Andy.....

Condolence: Dear John and Jo-anne.
Jim and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Andy's passing. He was one of those wonderful people that you thought would somehow be here forever.
I could describe Andy with many words, but gentleman and awesome storyteller are the first that come to mind. Volunteering in the tea shop at Extendicare gave me many opportunities to visit with Andy, and I always loved to see him coming down the hall. Another memory I have of him is when I went to the memorial service where my Dad was one of those remembered. I sat with Andy, and he told me that when they took Dad out of the home, he had saluted him. I was so touched that I cried, and I told him how much I appreciated that.
He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him and we feel blessed to be in that number.
God Bless you both and give you grace and strength during this difficult time.
